Blocks are chosen at the quarry for colour, veining and soundness, so every slab starts right.

Cutting into slabs
Blocks are gang-sawn into slabs of even thickness, revealing the pattern hidden inside.

Resin and reinforcement
Natural pores and hairline cracks are filled and reinforced for strength and a flawless face.

Polishing and finishing
Slabs are polished, honed or leathered to the finish you choose.

Cut to size and dispatch
Tiles and slabs are cut to your sizes, crated safely and shipped with full documentation.

The floor or wall is cleaned, levelled and primed so the tiles bond firmly and sit flat for years.

Setting out and levelling
Centre lines and levels are marked first. Spacers and levelling clips keep every joint even and every edge flush.

Laying the tiles
Adhesive is spread evenly and each tile is pressed, aligned and checked. Veining and shades are matched across the area.

Grouting and finishing
Joints are grouted in the right colour, the surface is cleaned and sealed where needed, and the site is left tidy.
